Elliott Bay Café proudly serves organic food and coffee!
Organic food significantly minimizes our impact on the soil, water, and air without the use of growth hormones which bloat and water down the naturally rich flavors of food. On average, organic food contains higher levels of vitamin C and essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron and chromium as well as cancer-fighting antioxidants. Yeah!
All our sandwiches and soups are made fresh on-site everyday!
