ANNE LAMOTT at Town Hall Sold Out

Presented by ELLIOTT BAY BOOK COMPANY & PLYMOUTH CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH

“Mercy is radical kindness,” writes Anne Lamott in her new book Hallelujah Anyway: Rediscovering Mercy (Riverhead). A prolific author of memoir and fiction, she writes about family, writing, addiction, and faith. But much of her work revolves around the themes of recovery and redemption. Her personal essays are known for being revelatory, insightful, and relatable. She will read from her book and share stories from her experience.

Tickets ($40-$100) available via BrownPaperTickets.com.

A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit Recovery Café, a refuge for healing and hope, helping women and men traumatized by homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges.

This evening will not include a booksigning, but books will be available for purchase. $65 and $100 tickets include books, special seating and more.
