DEBORAH FAYE LAWRENCE Saturday, June 28 at 7:30 p.m.
The Utopian theme continues at week's end with this talk by Seattle artist Deborah Faye Lawrence. Her book, Dee-Dee Does Utopia (Marquand Books), includes in its endpapers the responses of 200 people to the question, 'What does Utopia look like?' The book itself includes lush, full-color reproductions of her work, an autobiographical chronology, and essays by art critics Peter Frank, Susan Noyes Platt, and Frances DeVuono.
