Seattle art critic and curator Matthew Kangas has been busy of late. Besides curating and writing catalogue essays for a number of exhibits hereabouts, he has been having major books published. His recent book, Epicenter: Essays on North American Art, is now succeeded by a new volume, Craft and Concept: The Rematerialization of the Art Object (Midmarch Arts Press).
