SEATTLE UNIVERSITY CREATIVE WRITING PROGRAM FACULTY Group Reading

03/01/2013 7:00 pm
Co-presented with the E2 SEATTLE UNIVERSITY. As part of an ongoing collaboration with Seattle University's Creative Writing program, we welcome four writers currently teaching in the program to read from new and selected work. Program director Sharon Cumberland, author of the poetry collection, Peculiar Honors (Black Heron Press), will be joined by assistant professor Susan Myers, whose work has appeared in Calyx, Wilderness House Literary Review, and other journals. Also included are the program's two visiting writers: Stranger Genius Award- and Stonewall Award-winner Rebecca Brown, most recently author of American Romances (City Lights); and Washington State Poet Laureate Kathleen Flenniken, author of Plume (University of Washington Press).
