This evening's first program figures to be more kinetic than usual. We'll start with a discussion with photographer Jordan Matter and dancers from Pacific Northwest Ballet around the topic of his vivid new book of photographs, Dancers Among Us: A Celebration of Joy in the Everyday (Workman). This book shows dancers portrayed in all sorts of settings and situations—out in the world. Following the discussion here, we look for things to move up into the store; those attending will get to watch a photographic shoot take place. This should be fun.
