The final evening in Hugo House’s 2016/17 Words Work series of craft lectures brings Karen Russell, one of the most arresting, astounding fiction writers at work today, for a talk on ‘Engineering Impossible Architectures.’ She is the author of St. Lucy’s Home for Girls Raised by Wolves, Swamplandia, and Vampires in the Lemon Grove.  Karen Russell’s talk with be followed by a q&a moderated by fiction writer Diana Xin, who also is contributing editor at Moss and a recipient of a Made at Hugo House fellowship.
