This morning the  Saturday University morning continues its spring series on plants and culture in Asia, today with Shiho Satsuka, associate professor of anthropology at the University of Toronto. Her lecture today is “The Charisma of Wild Mushrooms: Matsutake and the Forest Revitalization Movements in Japan.”

Presented by the GARDNER CENTER FOR ASIAN ART AND IDEAS, in partnership with the UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON JACKSON SCHOOL OF INTERNATIONAL STUDIES, SEATTLE UNIVERSITY and ELLIOTT BAY BOOK COMPANY.
