Saturday University with Yukio Lippit
This morning the Saturday University morning’s winter series on ‘What is Precious?’ continues with Yukio Lippit, professor of History of Art and Architecture at Harvard and Faculty Director of the Arts at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study. Recent books include Japanese Zen Buddhism and the Impossible Painting (Getty) and The Artist in Edo (National Gallery of Art). His subject today is ‘Woodwork and the Arts of Japan.’
